Rubber ceramic wear pads are embedded high alumina ceramic tiles into premium rubber to offer wear and impact protection.

High Alumina Ceramic Tiles:
-High Alumina Ceramics, 92% or 95% Al₂O₃
-Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical, hexagonal, etc.
-Thickness, size and shape of ceramic are determined on the basis of application, such as materials handled, lump size, height of fall, etc.



Rubber ceramic wear pads can also be produced with cn bonding layer to provide fast and high bonding adhesion.
