About Ceramic rubber wear plates
Ceramic rubber wear plates, also called ceramic rubber wear liner, ceramic rubber lining, ceramic rubber panel, is a combination of high alumina ceramic, rubber and steel backing plate. The high alumina ceramic tiles are vulcanized in rubber matrix. Steel backing plate with studs is easy for installation. Also ceramic rubber liner without steel backing plate, but with cn bonding layer is also available.
Elastic rubber matrix prevents ceramic tiles breakage.

ZTA ceramic wear liners, ceramic wear plates
1. ZTA ceramic, abbreviation of Zirconia Toughened Alumina, is newly developed alumina ceramic tiles. ZTA ceramic tiles offer good impact resistance due to the increased zirconia powder. This is why ZTA liners are ideally for the extreme conditions, highly impact and wear areas.
ZTA ceramic wear liners can deliver superior wear and impact resistance than 92% alumina ceramic liners.
92% or 95 % alumina ceramic wear liners, ceramic wear plates
Traditional 92% or 95% alumina ceramic liners are economic wear liners for moderate wear and lower impact applications. For areas mainly suffering sliding area, 92% alumina liner is effective and of low cost.

Rubber backed ceramic mats are vulcanizing ceramic tiles into rubber matrix, such ceramic mats do not have steel backing plate. Rubber ceramic mats can be bended to suit the facilities, especially for the curved facility, such as cyclone.
Ceramic on rubber mats can be produced with a cn bonding layer. See below image please, the green layer is cn bonding layer, which can deliver fast and excellent bonding adhesion.
