Conveyor ceramic skirting plate are constructed by bonding wear resistant ceramic tiles to resilient rubber or urethane to create tough, durable lining systems that extend wear life on your high wear areas.
High pressure and heat during the vulcanizing process creates an incredible bond between rubber and ceramic. Ceramics will stay in place until completely worn.
We can customize a cost effective system to your specific requirements. Liners can be designed for light, medium or heavy duty applications and are available in a variety of mounting styles, including: bolt-down, weldable, adjustable T-slot style, or snap-on.
