Wear Resistant Conveyor Chute Ceramic Rubber Wear Liner Sheets Composite Plate Lining

Debon ceramic rubber liners are made of hard ceramic for unparalleled resistance to abrasion, while the rubber effectively cushions the impact forces that could cause the ceramic rods to fracture. The elastic rubber matrix surrounding the ceramic rod is heat vulcanized for excellent adhesion.

Ceramic rubber lining can be produced with steel backing plate and studs, lining of this type can be bolted to facilities via bolt.

2. Ceramic Rubber Composite Lining with CN Bonding Layer

Ceramic rubber lining with bonding layer can be bonded to equipment directly by adhesive. Ceramic rubber lining without bonging layer is also available.
