ceramic rubber wear resistant liner is embedding high alumina ceramic tiles into rubber via vulcanization, rubber cusion prevents ceramic tiles from breaking.
Ceramic Rubber Wear Liners are manufactured to fit into existing applications and can be easily installed by studs welded to the backing plate, CN bonding layer, or by welding.
The ceramic tiles provide excellent wear resistance, while the elasticity of rubber effectively reduce impact forces. The composition of ceramic and rubber well solved the problem of the wear and impact issue.
Structure of cn bond layer back ceramic rubber wear liner:
High Alumina Ceramic: 92% & 95% Ceramics. Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical or hexagonal, brick, etc.
Cushion Rubber: Superior rubber impact absorbing.
Connection: cn bonding layer adhesive(cold glue adhesive) and bolt-on or weld-on.
Type 1: Ceramic + Rubber + steel back plate + studs, fastening method: welded mounting studs for easy installation.
Type 2: Ceramic + Rubber + CN bonding layer, fastening method: via cold vulcanization.
Type 3: Ceramic + Rubber + countersunk, fastening method: install by bolts and studs.
Type 4: Rubber + Steel backing plate + studs: fastening method: welded mounting studs for easy installation.
