Wear resistant ceramic materials can be lined on various types of mechanical equipments, such as coal, conveying systems, pulverizing systems, ash discharge, dust removal systems, etc. in the industry of themal power, steel, smelting, coaling, mining, chemical, cement, port terminals, commercial concrete machinery
Features of Ceramic Liners
1. High hardness: the hardness is the same as corundum, Mohs hardness scale 9, little less than diamond hardness, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Excellent wear resistance: the wear resistance is equivalent to 8-10 times that of manganese steel or high chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the ceramic lined equipment can be prolonged at least ten times
3. Light weight: The density is 3.6 g/cm3, which is only half that of steel, which can greatly reduce the ceramic lined equipment loading.
4. Firm bonding and good heat resistance: the wear-resistant ceramic tile is pasted on the equipment with heat-resistant superglue, which will keep valid under 350ºC degree
