About ceramic rubber wear lining
Ceramic rubber wear lining, also callded ceramic rubber composite wear liner, ceramic rubber wear plate, ect.. It is composed of high alumina ceramic, natural rubber matrix and steel backing plate by hot vulcanizing process. Ceramic rubber liner without steel palte, but with cn bonding layer is also available
Alumina ceramic rubber wear pads
Alumina ceramic tiles are high abrasion resistant, acid and alkli resistant. Wear resistantce of alumina ceramic is 200 times than that of special manganese, 170 times to high chrome cast iron. Hardness is much higher than that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
