Conveyor Belt Cleaner with tungsten carbide blades:
H-type belt cleaner is optimally mounted in the head of the pulley to remove carryback right at the transfer point. Tungsten carbide tips balde offer longer life span.
Conveyor Primary Belt Cleaner with Polyurethane Blade:
1. Installed on conveyor head or discharge pulley
2. Good wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
3. Urethane blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.

1. Installed where the conveyor belt leaves the head pulley, usually 200mm.
2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
3. PU blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.
