Description of Rubber Pulley Lagging
Coefficient of friction between conveyor belt and pulley is an important factor in determining the performance of a conveyor belt on a drive
Low coefficient of friction may cause belt slippage, lead to more wear of belt and belt tracking problem
Pulley rubber lagging, also called conveyor drum diamond lagging can reduce slippage and extend service life of conveyor belt.

The specification of our rubber lagging is 2 meter wide x 10 meter long. Thickness can be produced as per requests. The diamond pattern is oriented along the 10 meter side, see below picture, please. You can get what you require by cutting, like 1400mm wide, 1500 wide, 1800mm wide, 2000mm wide, etc.
It is very effective and easy for inventory reserving.
Ceramic Rubber Lagging for Conveyor Pulley:
Ceramic rubber lagging is designed and used for conveyor pulleys, such as conveyor drive pulley, where slippage and wear problems make normal rubber lagging ineffective. The alumina ceramic tiles help in proper grip of the conveyor belt under wet, muddy or any other such arduous conditions.

Ceramic rubber lagging can be produced in 10m rolls, 5m rolls, etc. The thickness can be produced in 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, etc.

QA/QC
We have professional labs with all necessary equipment, such as Moving Die Rheometer, universal testing machine, roller grinding machine, megger, ageing oven, alcohol blast burner, ceramic analysis apparatuses, etc.
The raw material, semi-finished products and final products will all be tested.
Each batch of raw materials will be inspected and tested. Rapid tests are carried out for each batch of rubber compound to ensure rubber properties. We take samples from finished pulley lagging sheets via the samples taking machine to test the tensile strength, elongation, aging, electrical resistance, wear loss, etc.
The Mettler Toledo Ingredient Scale is used to make sure that the ingredients are accurate.
Zero defect management to inspire the workers to pay much attention to quality and avoid defectives. The Quality Awards are settled to award the workers, and for those who have zero defective product, their salaries will be increased by 20%.
Three inspection system is used to ensure the quality: self-inspection, mutual-inspection and special-inspection.
-The first-piece inspection and enough in-process inspections will be done by the operators. Defective products should be treated and placed separately.
And the workers are required to fill in and sign the inspection record cards.
- Sampling the semi-products from last procedure.
Mutual-inspection must be done when the workers change shifts.
The engineers and group leaders will do sampling inspection during the production.
- Professional QC staffs are employed to inspect the complete production of pulley lagging sheets, from rubber compound to vulcanization. Detailed records are filed so that the products can be traced.
- We have over 20 pulley lagging installation staffs who have been trained rigorously and have extensive experience. All pulley lagging services shall strictly follow the Installation Instructions and will be recorded.
Cold-Bond Pulley Lagging Installation Instructions are available as per request.
