ABRASION RESISTANT IMPACT RESISTANT RUBBER CERAMIC LINING PLATE is embedding high alumina tiles into rubber via vulcanization, rubber cusion prevents ceramic tiles from breaking.
The ceramic tiles provide excellent wear resistance, while the elasticity of rubber effectively reduce impact forces. The composition of ceramic and rubber well solved the problem of the wear and impact issue.

High Alumina Ceramic: 92% & 95% Ceramics. Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical or hexagonal, brick, etc.
Cushion Rubber: Superior rubber impact absorbing.
Connection: cn bonding layer adhesive(cold glue adhesive) and bolt-on or weld-on.
Type 1: Ceramic + Rubber + steel back plate + studs, fastening method: welded mounting studs for easy installation.
