Ceramic rubber liners have been proven higly effective and long-lasting in mining equipment such as chutes, hoppers, transfer points, and conveyors with extreme operating conditions involving high drop heights, extreme velocities, and severe abrasion.
Dimensions of the rubber ceramic coating can be produced as per requests. And different ceramic coatings to suit different wear and impact protection requirements
Fixing method for ceramic rubber wear liner
1. Bolt on. Ceramic wear liners are produced with steel backing plate and studs or with countersinks, and such liners can be bolted on to your chutes.
2. Bonding on. CN layer backed ceramic wear liners can be bonded to your facility by adhesive
3. Magnetic ceramic liners. Easy to install

Ceramic rubber wear liner with cn bonding layer
Rubber backed ceramic mats are vulcanizing ceramic tiles into rubber matrix, such ceramic mats do not have steel backing plate. Rubber ceramic mats can be bended to suit the facilities, especially for the curved facility, such as cyclone.
Ceramic on rubber mats can be produced with cn bonding layer, see below image please, the green layer is cn bonding layer, which can deliver fast and excellent bonding adhesion.
