Secondary Belt Scraper with Replacement Polyurethane Blade for Conveyor System
secondary belt scraper is installed after the head pulley or anywhere on the return side to clean residual.
The cleaner blade is made of polyurethane or PU & Alloy, it has excellent wear resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture,anti-hydrolysis, extend service life of conveyor belt.
Self-adjusting spring tightening device make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning.
Our Secondary Belt Cleaner / Scrapers are installed after the point where the belt leaves the head (discharge) pulley and or anywhere on the return side of the belt where it can be cleaned and maintained effectively. These cleaners are designed to deliver exceptional cleaning service, even in the most demanding applications.
