1. About Rubber Ceramic Wear Liner
Rubber ceramic wear liner, also called rubber ceramic wear plate, rubber ceramic lining, ceramic liner, is a combination of alumina ceramic tile, elastic rubber and steel backing plate. The high alumina ceramic tiles are vulcanized in rubber matrix. Steel backing plate with studs is easy for installation. Also ceramic rubber liner without steel backing plate, but with cn bonding layer is also available.
Elastic rubber matrix prevents ceramic tiles breakage.
