Primary conveyor belt cleaners with one-piece polyurethane blade.
 


Conveyor belt cleaners are used to remove material carryback and clean conveyor belt.
 
Material carry back can lead to:
 
          •Material buildup and wear on conveyor belt, idlers and pulleys
          •Material sticked to conveyor belt can lead to conveyor belt misalignment.

Conveyor Belt Cleaner with tungsten carbide blades:
 
H-type belt cleaner is optimally mounted in the head of the pulley to remove carryback right at the transfer point. Tungsten carbide tips balde offer longer life span.
 



 
Conveyor Primary Belt Cleaner with Polyurethane Blade:
 
1. Installed on conveyor head or discharge pulley
2. Good wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
3. Urethane blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.
4. Both one-piece pu blade and segmented pu blade are available.

1. Installed where the conveyor belt leaves the head pulley, usually 200mm.
