Description of Ceramic Rubber Composite Wear Plates
Ceramic rubber composite wear plates, which is also called ceramic rubber panel, rubber ceramic wear liner, etc. is a combination of high alumina ceramic tiles, energy absorbing rubber layer, and both are bonded to steel backing plate via hot vulcanizing process. The three parts are permanently bonded together due to our special mold and excellent glue. We use branded glue to make sure ceramics will stay in place during its whole service life.

Alumina Ceramic Tiles
Alumina ceramic tiles, which is of excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, easy operation are ideal surface wear resistant material for material transfer equipment in mining, iron and steel plant, thermal and power plants, etc. Alumina ceramic wear lienr can extend operating life of equipment effectively. Theoretically the life time of the alumina ceramic is about 260 times longer than that of maganese steel and 170 times longer than that of chrome steel.
