Description of Slide On Replaceable Pulley Lagging
Replaceable pulley lagging allows for safe and easy installation or replacement in the field without removing the pulley from the conveyor minimizing downtime and improving conveyor reliability.
Replaceable pulley lagging is the most unique and reliable system for lagging all conveyor and elevator pulleys. Replaceable pulley lagging can be installed on the job, usually without removing either the belt or pulleys from the system
Replaceable Pulley Lagging Construction:
- Rubber lagging is hot vulcanized on Q235 steel plate in our factory
- Diamond groove, plain, ceramic surface or as your request
- Exclusive rubber compounding provides a lagging pad with exceptional drive-pulley traction, abuse resistance and extra long service life

Bolt-on Replaceable Pulley Lagging
We also produce bolt on replaceable pulley lagging which is composited of natural rubber lagging and Q235 steel plate. Custom specifications can be made as per requests.

Replaceable Bolt On Rim Ceramic Lagging
Bolt on ceramic rim lagging is a innovative way to cover new pulleys and recover old pulleys.
Engineered sections are made for specific pulleys and effectively cover the pulley face in protective shell of ceramic rubber and steel and are an ideal way to save money and time.
