About ceramic rubber wear liner
Ceramic rubber wear liner, also called ceramic rubber composite wear plates, rubber ceramic wear pads, etc. is a combination of high alumina ceramic tiles, elastic rubber and steel backing plate. High alumina ceramic tiles has excellent abrasion resistance, and they are vulcanized in rubber matrix. Rubber matrix prevent ceramics from breakage. Steel backing plate and studs are easy for installation.
Ceramic rubber wear liner without steel plate but cn bonding layer are also available.

We also produce rubber ZTA ceramic wear liner, ZTA ceramic is the abbreviation of Zirconia toughened alumina ceramic, it is a kind of alumina and zirconia compound ceramic. ZTA ceramics are vulcanized in rubber and steel plate. The service life of ZTA ceramic wear liner are proven to be 2.5~3 times higher than alumina liners.
