The cleaner blade is made of polyurethane or PU & Alloy, Tungsten carbide blade with polyurethane matrix. it has excellent wear resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture, anti-hydrolysis, extend service life of conveyor belt.

DB-PPA Secondary Polyurethane Alloy Belt Cleaner is mounted in any secondary cleaning position, usually about 100mm where the belt leaves the head pulley.
The Secondary Belt Cleaner, used together with Primary Cleaner, has a self adjusting spring tensioner system to maintain consistent contact with the belt without damaging the belt and achieve good cleaning results.
We generally recommend multiple belt cleaners be installed to provide effective cleaning.
