About Rubber Ceramic Wear Panels

Wear issues are common issues for mining and mineral processing industries, composite rubber ceramic wear panels are high wear and impact resistant wear panels, which is a combination alumina ceramic tiles and rubber. 

The elastic rubber helps absorbing the falling energy.

The high alumina ceramic tiles deliver excellent wear resistance. 

Rubber ceramic wear panels can be produced with steel backing plate and studs or countersinks, other fixing methods are also available, such as magnetic wear panels.
