Steel cord conveyor belt cable stripping machine stripper
DB-GBTJ Cord Stripper is designed and used to strip the steel cords from steel cord conveyor belt which is to be spliced.
The operation can be carried out in the vulcanizing shop or on site.The cutting unit is suitable for cable pitches from 10-25mm and for cable diameters from 4.9-13.2 mm.The rubber cover thickness can be up to 12mm on the running side and up to 25 mm on the carrying side .The total belt thickness can be up to 40 mm.

Structure of steel cord stripper machine:
The Cord Stripper has two parts:work device and traction device.
The work device is dragged by traction cable of traction device.
Use methods:
1.Firstly, find out the joints of the steel cord conveyor belt,and peel off 200mm steel cords with conventional methods.
2.Choose suitable upper and lower knives according to the steel rope diameter and the pitches, and then set the stripping machine.
3.The upper knife holds down the first steel rope, and the lower knife drags the second, then make the traction device work.The cable stripping machine can peel off the covering rubber evenly.
