CONVEYOR BELT ACCESSORIES DIAGONAL PLOW CLEANER
Conveyor belt cleaners are an essential part of any conveyor system, which are integral part of your belt conveyor system to provide effective cleaning.
Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life.
Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.
CONVEYOR BELT ACCESSORIES DIAGONAL PLOW CLEANER is designed to protect against carryback that may fall onto the inside of the return belt and cause damage or mistracking. Meanwhile, it protects tail pulleys, mechanical splices and pulley lagging. The diagonal plow belt cleaner is no maintenance needed and floats on the belt surface to remove residue without needing adjustment.
The Diagonal Plow is a versatile, economical solution for protecting the tail pulley, drive pulley, or gravity take-up pulleys from carryback materials.
Application of conveyor belt cleaners:
1.Primary conveyor belt scraper/cleaner to remove big stuff / eliminated carryback.
2.Secondary conveyor belt scraper / cleaner to remove sticky fines.
3.V-plow conveyor belt cleaner/scraper to cleaner inside of belt.

2. Belt Speed: up to 3.5m/sec (700 fpm)
