conveyor belt cleaner and scraper is installed after the head pulley or anywhere on the return side to clean residual. 

The cleaner blade is made of polyurethane or PU & Alloy, it has excellent wear resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture,anti-hydrolysis, extend service life of conveyor belt. 

Self-adjusting spring tightening device make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning.



Application of conveyor belt cleaners:

1.Primary conveyor belt scraper cleaner to remove big stuff / eliminated carryback.
2.Secondary polyurethane blade conveyor belt scraper to remove sticky fines.
3.V-plow conveyor belt cleaner/scraper to cleaner inside of belt.
