Description of Ceramic Rubber Lagging
Ceramic rubber pulley lagging with chloroprene bonding layer is used as a protective surface to improve and extend pulley life in applications for extreme conditions in wet and muddy areas.

Ceramic lagging is produced with the high-quality of alumina ceramic tiles, abrasion resistant rubber, and a chloroprene bonding layer. Ceramic lagging sheets are available in 500mm width, 200mm width, etc. And the lengths is up to 10 meters.

Pulleys need to be lagged to ensure the conveyor belt has a longer shelf life, and also to decrease slippage and better friction coefficient. It is a known fact that traditional lagging does not perform well in damp and muddy conditions, it causes slippages.. Even in the medium to heavy load business, standard rubber or polyurethane lagging isn't the most beneficial. As the lagging change cycle grows, it results in increased downtime.

To avoid this, we propose that you opt for our ceramic pulley lagging, which is developed keeping in mind this specific purpose. With round raised pattern surface, the ceramic material provides a greater grip and decreases the risk of sliding. It also provides for easy monitoring and greatly improves the shelf life of the lagging sheet.
