Description of Ceramic Rubber Wear Liner
Ceramic rubber wear liner is embedding high alumina ceramics into impact resistant rubber matrix, both of them are bonded to mild steel plate by hot vulcanizing process.
High alumina ceramics are with extremely wear resistance, the service life of wear is about 200 times than that special manganese, 170 times to high chrome cast iron.

1. Bolt on. Ceramic wear liners are produced with steel backing plate and studs or countersinks, and such liners can be bolted onto your chutes.
2. Bonding on. Cn layer backed ceramic wear liners can be bonded to your facility by adhesive

Rubber backed ceramic mats are vulcanizing ceramic tiles into rubber matrix, such ceramic mats do not have steel plate. Rubber ceramic mats can be bended to suit the facilities, such as cyclone.
Ceramic on rubber mats can be produced with a cn bonding layer. Like below picture, the green layer is cn bonding layer, which can deliver fast and excellent bonding adhesion.
