Primary Conveyor Belt Cleaners:
Primary belt cleaners are installed under the central line of conveyor head pulley to remove big stuff.
Wear-resistant polyurethane blade offers good wear resistance and doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life.
Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps, the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.
Secondary belt cleaners
DB-PPU Secondary Polyurethane Belt Cleaner can be mounted in any secondary cleaning poisition-- usually about 100mm from where the belt leaves the head pulley.
The secondary cleaner, used together with the priamry cleaner, has a self-adjusting spring tensioner system to maintain close contact with the belt without damaging the belt and achieve good cleaning results.
