H-Type Primary Belt Cleaner

H-Type Primary Belt Cleaner is optimally mounted in the head of the pulley to drop carryback right at the transfer point.

H-type belt cleaner features its cleaner blades, which have tungsten carbide tips. Tungsten carbide offers excellent wear resistance, so longer service life is possible.

DTEP P-Type Secondary Belt Cleaner is used to clean the return belt, which are installed after the head pulley or anywhere on the return side to clean residual. The segmented tungsten carbide blades ensure proper wear throughout the life of the blade. Spring tensioner and segmented rubber cushions allow each blade to self-adjust and maintain blade-to-belt contact.
