H-type belt scraper with tungsten carbide tips blade, primary belt scraper with tungsten carbide blades.
 
H-type belt scraper is mounted under the central line of head pulley to drop carryback right at the transfer point.  The belt cleaner blades have tungsten carbide tips, ensures excellent wear resistance and longer service life.

 

 
Conveyor Primary Belt Cleaner with Polyurethane Blade :
 
1. Installation position: head pulley or discharge pulley
2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
3. Urethane blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.
4. Both one-piece polyurethane blade and segmented pu blade are available.
 
 
Conveyor Secondary Polyurethane Belt Cleaner:
 
1. Installation position: the bel leaves the head pulley and anywhere down the beltline.
2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
