Description of Ceramic Rubber Wear Liner
Ceramic rubber wear liner is composed of high abrasive ceramic tiles, rubber and solid steel plate, the three parts are permanently bonded together by hot vulcanizing process.
Abrasive Ceramics are available with various shapes and sizes, we can produce alumina ceramic, ZTA ceramic, etc
Rubber compound prevent ceramics from breakage
Steel backing plate is easy for installation by bolt or welding
Ceramic rubber liner without steel plate, but cn bonding layer is also available.
