Primary Secondary Cleaning device belt scrapers are an essential part of belt conveyor system to provide effective cleaning. 

The blade is made of polyurethane: anti-abrasion, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture,anti-hydrolysis,no damage to the belt,lengthen service life of belt. Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.

We provide both premium grade quality and medium grade quality for your option.
our premium grade quality is in red, medium grade quality is in orange.

APPLICATION:
1. Belt Width: 500~2000mm (20" to 80");
2. Belt Speed: up to 3.5m/sec (700 fpm) will recommend heavy-duty type, less than 3.5m/s will recommend standard duty type.
3. Temperature: -40~90 ºC
