Description of Bolt On Rubber Lagging
Bolt on Replaceable pulley lagging is constructed of high abrasion resistant rubber sheet and Q235 steel plate. The natural rubber sheet can be produced in any thick, and will be bonded to a 6mm thick solid steel backing plate.

Weld On Pulley Lagging
60 Shore A durometer rubber is vulcanized to steel plates which is formed to the shape of the pulley rim. This type rubber laggings are held in place by retainers which is welded to the rim. Weld on pulley lagging can be installed or replaced very easily, without removing the pulley from the conveyor system.
Cold bonded Rubber Lagging
We are able to produce 2 meter wide x 10 meter long rubber sheet, both diamond pattern and plain surface are available.
Our rubber lagging can be produced with or without cn bonding layer, it is high abrasion resistant, anti adhesion and tear resistant. Our rubber compound is also not easy to age during its service life.
We have stock for 12mm, 15mm, 20mm lagging for immediately delivery.
