Ceramic Polyurethane Panel
Polyurethane ceramic liner are composed of alumina ceramic tiles that are moulded into a hgih tensile strength polyurethane matrix and joined to a steel backing plate. The ceamics will remain in the polyurethane matrix, offering consistent wear protection across the entire life of the liner.

All polyurethane ceramic liners are hot vulcanised using specialised equipment that provides a bond strength that exceeds the tensile strength of the polyurethane matrix.
Ceramic Liners Structure
High Alumina Ceramic: 92% & 95% Ceramics available.
Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical or hexagonal,etc.
Cushion Rubber/Polyurethane matrix: Superior rubber/urethane compound, impact-absorbing
Connection: Steel plate and studs / cn bonding layer, both available to suit different types of applications
The thickness of complete liner, ceramic and rubber/PU are determined on the basis of application, such as handled material lump size, height of fall, impact angle, etc.
