ZE-HCC Impact bed is used in the load area of conveyor belt to replace the traditional impact idler.
It is designed to reduce shock and stress to the belt caused by the falling down materials, avoid abrasion and tear by sharp materials and prevent materials from falling and scattering.

ZE-HCC Heavy-Duty Modular Impact Bed, which has advantages of both impact bed and impact idler, overcomes disadvantages of large contact area of impact bed and the intermittent support of impact idler.Heavy-Duty Modular Impact Bed is suitable for heavy-load and high speed conveyor.
