Conveyor Sealing Polyurethane PU Rubber Skirt Board

DB-QB  Flat Rubber Skirt Board will last longer than conventional skirt board rubber.
Shore A Hardness of 50±5 provides good sealing against conveyor belt to keep material.
Softer rubber helps reducing belt wear.



Double Seal Skirt Board
-Double-layer structure, inside layer keeps materials,outside layer
 prevents dust-leakage.
-The parts where contact the belt is made of polyurethane,which ave longer lifetime
 and do not damage the belt.
-Clamp units are easy to install,adjust and maintain.




Installation Instructions:
  1.Camp units and angel bar are used together,every 1 meter needs 
    two sets of clamp units.
  2.The height of skirt board can be adjusted according the
    dimensions of skirt chute.
