1. Description of ceramic wear liners.
Rubber backed ceramic wear plates, wear liners offers good and impact protection to wear areas. Ceramic wear liners are made from rubber or polyurethane,alumina ceramic tiles and steel backing plate through hot vulcanizing process.
We produce a wide range of ceramic wear liners to meet different wear and impact reqirements.
When selecting wear liner, the following information should be taken into consideration:
-Material Type: coal, rocks, gold slurry, iron ore, etc.
-Particle Size
-Drop height
-Sliding wear or impact wear, impact angle
-The current liners used and its life time.
-Required life-time.
About ZTA Ceramic Wear Liners:
ZTA, Zirconia Toughened Alumina, is newly developed alumina ceramic tiles. Its fracture toughness is toughened due to the increased zirconia. So ZTA liners are ideally for the extreme conditions, highly impact and wear areas.
ZTA ceramic liners can delivery superior wear and impact resistance compared to standard alumina ceramic liners.
ZTA ceramic liners can also be produced with AR bars to suitable for special spots suffering highly impact force.
