1. High wear resistant ceramic wear plate for chutes, hopper, bins, etc.
Ceramic wear plate is a combination of high alumina ceramic tiles, soft rubber and steel backing plate. The high alumina ceramic tiles are embedded and vulcanized in rubber matrix. Steel backing plate with studs is easy for installation. Also ceramic rubber wear liner without steel backing plate, but with cn bonding layer is also available.
Elastic rubber help prevent ceramic tiles breakage.

High wear resistant rubber ceramic wear plates are designed and produced for areas of severe impact and areas of high abrasion.
High alumina ceramic tiles deliver extra abrasion resistance and extend wear life.
