Description of Pure Ceramic Tiles Lined Pulley Lining:
The high alumina ceramic tiles are bonding to the conveyor pulley through a special arrangement and gluing process to increase the friction coefficient between the belts. Prevent belt slippage
High wear resistance of alumina ceramics' service life is 8 times longer than the traditional rubber lagging
Ceramic pulley is suitable for extremely harsh conditions, like high abrasion, easy skidding, damp materials, high temperature, etc..

63 Durometer, Shore A NR/SBR rubber lagging is directly bonded to the pulley rim. Diamond grooved and plain surface are available. Rubber lagging prevents slippage by shedding moisture and adds a layer of protection against wear and debris build-up on the pulley face
Ceramic Rubber Lagging
Premium rubber compound and ceramic tiles with raised nubs provide maximun grip, prevent belt slippage. Ceramic surface provide higher friction values, improved belt tracking. There is less pulley wear, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs
