1. About composite ceramic wear liner, ceramic wear plate.
Rubber ceramic wear liner, ceramic wear plate is a combination of high alumina ceramic tiles, soft rubber and steel backing plate. The high alumina ceramic tiles are embedded and vulcanized in rubber matrix. Steel backing plate with studs is easy for installation. Also ceramic rubber wear liner without steel backing plate, but with cn bonding layer is also available.
Elastic rubber help prevent ceramic tiles breakage.
