Conveyor belt cleaners are an essential part of any conveyor system, which are integral part of your belt conveyor system to provide effective cleaning.
Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life.
Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.

- Supplied in Polyurethane blades with or without tungsten tips
- We also offer a metal carrier for the tungsten tip to mount on, this comes with an extraction hole for wet or fine material

Application of conveyor belt scrapers:
1.Primary conveyor belt scraper/cleaner to remove big stuff / eliminated carryback.
2.Secondary conveyor belt scraper / cleaner to remove sticky fines.
3.V-plow conveyor belt cleaner/scraper to cleaner inside of belt.
