Product Description

polyurethane conveyor belt cleaner sweeper for cleaning rubber belts

Primary Polyurethane Belt Cleaner is installed on the head pulley to provide effective cleaning.
Wear resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life. Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps, the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contract.

Standard Duty (SD) Primary PU Belt Cleaner Applications:

1. Belt Width: 500~2000mm
2. Belt Speed:≤3.5m/s
3. Temperature: -40~90ºC
4. Material Humidity:≤15%


Heavy Duty (HD) Primary PU Belt Cleaner Applications:

Secondary PU Belt Cleaner can be mounted in any secondary cleaning position--usually about 100mm from where the belt leaves the head pulley.
The secondary cleaner, used together with the primary cleaner, has a self-adjusting spring tensioner system to maintain close contact with the belt without damaging the belt and achieve good cleaning results.
