Various types of belt cleaners for your options.
Primary Belt Cleaner
Primary belt cleaner is installed on the head pulley, below the material flow, and typically clean up 80% of initial carryback. The blades is always narrower than the belt width.
Secondary Belt Cleaner
Secondary belt cleaner is typically mounted just past where the belt leaves the head pulley and anywhere down the beltline, it remove the sticky fines with cleaning efficiencies up to 90%.
The blades is same or wider than the conveyor belt.
Brush Belt Cleaner
Brush belt cleaner is used to clean fine and dry material from conveyor belt, if the handled material is wet or sticky, brush belt cleaner is not available.
Brush Belt Cleaner Features:
1. Total 12 brush strips per cleaner, brush strips are replaceable, just remove the worn strips and insert new strips
2. The brush roller is adjustable, when the brush strips are worn, you could adjust the brush roller to touch the belt
