Abrasion Resistant Ceramic Rubber Plate Lining for Wear Solution
Broken chute is one of common problems in the load zone that causes environmental pollution, conveyor structure damage and high maintenance fees. Chute liners, which are easy replacement, protect and cushion that chute from the material being handled.
Rubber Ceramic Lining is a combination of high alumina ceramic tiles, elastic rubber cusion and metal back plate.
High alumina ceramic tiles has excellent abrasion resistance, and they are vulcanized in rubber matrix. Rubber matrix prevent ceramics from breaking. Steel backing plate and studs are easy for installation.
