High Wear Resistant Conveyor Drum Rubber Ceramic Coating

Coefficient of friction between conveyor belt and pulley is a very important factor in determining the performance of a conveyor belt on a drive.
Low coefficient of friction may cause conveyor belt slippage and lead to more wear of the belt and belt tracking problem.

Structure of High Wear Resistant Conveyor Drum Rubber Ceramic Coating:

1. Ceramic coverage: 39% 
     Ceramic tiles size: 20*20*8mm alumina ceramic tiles embedded in rubber matrix.
2. Ceramic Rubber Sheet Dimension: 15mm thickness * 500mm width.
3. Length: 50mm -100mm longer than pulley width.

Installation of conveyor drum ceramic coating:

Ceramic pulley lagging is suitable for pulleys performing in the most difficult conditions.  
It can be installed through cold vulcanization process on site or at pulley manufacturer.
