DEBON Brush Cleaner for Conveyor Belt Cleaning

DEBON Brush Cleaners are designed for use in the secondary cleaning position. In other words, the recommended placement is at the point where the belt leaves the discharge pulley. (If that is not possible, the Brush Cleaner may be mounted further along the conveyor's return run where it can be supported by an idler or pulley.) Installation of a precleaner on the face of the discharge pulley below the material stream is always recommended.

Features of DEBON Brush Cleaner for Conveyor Belt Cleaning:

1) Replaceable brush tips: 12 brush strips for each brush roller, just remove worn strips and insert new strips, no need replace whole brush roller, very cost-efficient.
2) Spiral brush cleaner uses 1.5mm nylon 66 bristles wrapped in spiral around the hub
3) Specialty brush cleaner: food grade, high temperature, fertilizer, etc.
