Conveyor Belt Nylon66 Brush Roller Rotary Brush Cleaner
DB-XQ-I is a motorized brush style rotary brush cleaner for use in heavy-duty quarry and mining applications to reduce the carryback of material. It will work in wet or dry applications, as well as on a variety of organic materials and metal fines.
The powered brush turns in the opposite direction of the belt in order to throw the dislodged material back into the discharge stream.
Wear-resistant nylon brush strips don't damage the belt and extend belt life.

Application of Conveyor Belt Nylon66 Brush Roller Rotary Brush Cleaner:
Belt width:500~2000mm
Humidity:≤5%
usage: chevron belt or normal belt, pattern belt or plain belt
1) Replaceable brush tips: 12 brush strips for each brush roller, just remove worn strips and insert new strips, no need replace whole brush roller, very cost-efficient.
2) Spiral brush cleaner uses 1.5mm nylon 66 bristles wrapped in spiral around the hub
3) Specialty brush cleaner: food grade, high temperature, fertilizer, etc.
