Ceramic Rubber Wear Liners
Ceramic rubber wear liner also called ceramic rubber wear panel, rubber ceramic composite wear pad, etc. High abrasion ceramics are embedded in rubber compound by hot vulcanizing process.
Branded glue and special mould ensure excellent bonding strength, ceramics will never fall off until completely worn.
Ceramic rubber can be produced with steel backing plate, cn bonding layer, magnets are all available.
Different types ceramics are available, like 92% alumina ceramics, 95% alumina ceramics, HPA ceramics, ZTA ceramics, etc.
All of the above ceramics are available with different shapes and thickness.
Natural and Styrene butadiene blend rubber is 60A durometer, with good tensile strength, ageing and abrasion resistance. Working temperature range: -40~80ºC.
