Conveyor Secondary Belt Scraper Pu & Tungsten Carbide Alloy Belt Cleaner
secondary alloy tungsten belt cleaners are installed after the head pulley or anywhere on the return side to clean residual.
The cleaner blade is made of PU & Alloy, Tungsten carbide blade with polyurethane matrix.
It has excellent wear resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture, anti-hydrolysis, extend service life of conveyor belt.
Self-adjusting spring tightening device make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning.
Our products are manufactured with the highest-quality polyurethane so they are durable and rugged. The belt cleaners have a sturdy urethane blade that provides effective removal of material from belt conveyors handling coal, cement, mining, ore or other bulk materials.
