About Composite Rubber Ceramic Wear Liners
Rubber ceramic wear liner is a combination of high wear and impact resistance ceramic and elastic rubber. Ceramic wear liners are optimal wear resistant materials for mining and mineral processing industry.

92% or 95% alumina ceramic wear liners
Traditional 92% or 95% alumina ceramic liners are economic wear liners for moderate wear and lower impact applications. For areas mainly suffering sliding area, 92% alumina liner is effective and of low cost.
ZTA Zirconia Toughened Alumina Ceramic wear liner
The main advantage of zirconia toughened alumina is additional strength and toughness over alumina with a lower cost than zirconia
The combination of aluminum oxide and 10~20% zirconia oxide provides a much higher strength, toughness, hardness and wear resistance than alumina alone. This is why ZTA ceramic liners are ideally for the extreme conditions, highly impact and wear areas
