Polyurethane ceramic wear liner plate / polyurethane ceramic lining plate / polyurethane ceramic wear pad / polyurethane ceramic wear liner, part of our modular lining system, is a bolt in system that can be arranged into any wear part.
Polyurethane will provide high wear protection but for extreme applications alumina ceramic embedded series is best suited.
Ceramic polyurethane lining plate is embedding high alumina ceramic tiles into polyurethane via vulcanization, polyurethane cusion prevents ceramic tiles from breaking.
The ceramic tiles provide excellent wear resistance, while the elasticity of polyurethane effectively reduce impact forces and abrasion. The composition of ceramic and polyurethane well solved the problem of the wear and impact issue.
We offers a wide range of alumina ceramic liner composed of rubber and ceramic blocks and cn bonding layer or steel backing plate to provide superior impact resistance and abrasion in hard rock mining and other bulk materials handling applications. we accept custom.
