Description:

Magnet-backed rubber  liner is a type of wear-resistant liner used to protect equipment from abrasion and impact. 

 

The magnets allow the liner to be easily installed and removed, which makes maintenance and replacement much faster and more convenient. The rubber backing provides flexibility and shock absorption, while the high-density ceramic tiles offer exceptional hardness and wear resistance.
 

A simple yet effective solution for quick temporary repairs, When unexpected holes develop in your equipment, a magnetic patch is simply placed over the location of the hole to stop excess spillage and to prevent further damage to equipment by providing a hard wearing physical barrier. 

Requiring no bolts, the magnetic patch liners consist of a high strength magnet bonded with a high performance matrix of our abrasion resistant rubber compounds. Magnetic patch liners were originally conceived to be placed to plug any unexpected holes or leakages in chutes, hoppers, bins, deflector plates etc..
