Conveyor Primary Belt Scraper 

Primary belt scraper is installed on the primary position, which is under the central line of the head pulley, to remove large material adhere to conveyor belt.

Single polyurethane blade offers excellent wear resistance and is campatiable to the conveyor belt, no damage.

Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure proper contact pressure between polyurethane blade and conveyor belt.

Secondary Polyurethane Belt Cleaner can be mounted in any secondary cleaning position---usually about 100mm from where the belt leaves the head pulley.

Secondary belt cleaner, used together with the primary cleaner, has a self-adjusting spring tensioner system to maintain close contact with the belt without damaging the belt and achieve good cleaning results.
